She has over a decades experience supporting folks to live their best lives. Her primary focus is on anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.
Sherrie is certified in CBT, Trauma Therapy, Narrative Therapy and proficient in DBT, ACT, EFT and Mindfulness. Sherrie provides individual therapy and teaches Mindfulness Classes.

Mathura aims to create a supportive environment where you can explore and process difficult emotions and experiences, gain insights and learn healthy coping strategies.
Mathura specializes in supporting folks with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma.
Mathura works collaboratively with clients to address their problems and utilizes CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Practices to meet individual client needs.

Florette Bacchus-Haynes, BSW, MSW, RSW

With over 20 years experience, Florette is an expert in helping folks heal from grief, anxiety and stress. Her warm nature will make you feel comfortable and at-ease.
Florette support children, adolescents and adults. Her work with children and adolescents help them overcome anxiety and behavioural challenges.
Florette is proficient in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Strength-Based therapy models that are client-centred.

Kavita Bala, Hon BA, B.Ed, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist – she/her/hers
Kavita is a therapist with 15+ years experience. Kavita’s expertise lies in supporting youth and adults with promoting a healthy emotional state, self-development, overcoming trauma and difficult life events. She also has a background in supporting caregivers, parents and seniors in finding their balance.
Kavita builds holistic, meaningful connections and integrates strategies from psychodynamic theory, along with DBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and religious/spiritual beliefs to address life struggles.

Chris Pinto, BASC, MPH, RD

Chris strongly believes that all foods fit within a healthy lifestyle. She uses her expertise in nutrition alongside her food industry experience to provide evidence-based education and individualized care plans for clients.
Her holistic approach helps people develop positive health habits and improve their overall mindset and relationship with food.
Her love for culture, international cuisines, and cooking styles help her engage client to apply realistic improvements to their nutrition and lifestyle.
